This program would be best completed AFTER your regular training. Most of our programs are designed to be done before your regular training. This one is a little different because it’s designed to core some weaknesses and imbalances. We don’t typically want to do this first because it may fatigue our stabilizer muscles.
If you need to do it before your training that is fine also.
I would suggest starting off with lighter loads than you think especially if you are new to these movements. They’ll train muscles and positions that you aren’t accustomed to with a regular barbell or weightlifting.
Lastly, have fun with it!
